Participate in this webinar during which ranching communities application of prescribed fire in the Southern Great Plains and Central Rocky Mountains will be discussed as well as and strategies to increase prescribed fire use.

The social and ecological factors that impact the utilization of prescribed fire across the Southern Great Plains (SGP) and the Central Rocky Mountains (CRM) will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on comparing the SGP and CRM ranching communities that apply fire as a management tool and those who do not. Educational strategies to improve the plausibility of prescribed fire’s application in ranching communities will be highlighted.
