Ventilated Valley Box Model is a screening model designed to predict ground level concentrations of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants under stagnation conditions in mountain valleys. The model assumes completely mixed valley with defined top; simplicity requires several physical assumptions. Predicts particulate matter and gaseous pollutants under stagnation conditions in mountain valleys. Part of the Tiered Smoke Air Resource System (TSARS).
