This plan called the 'All Lands/All Hands Action Plan' puts forth a bold, collaborative interagency strategy of compelling on-the-ground actions that emphasizes treatments in community wildfire protection plan (CWPP) areas and wildland urban interface areas (WUI) that lie outside CWPP area boundaries. The focus of the plan is to employ a 'from the back porch out' philosophy of fuel reduction and restoration in the defensible space zone around structures and work outward from there.
