This will be the first in our new series to feature “Science in Management Spotlight,” the goal of which is to highlight active use of science in a management setting. Let us know if you have other examples!

A presentation on Potential Operational Delineations (PODs) from multiple perspectives including both scientists and managers. We will discuss how PODs were used in Northern New Mexico during the 2020 fire season, how they are being used as a planning tool, and upcoming research, developments, and innovations with the POD planning framework.
