From the text ... 'In recent years, fatality fire tragedies such as South Canyon and Thirtymile have served as a catalyst for after-action reviews that emphasize the need for situational awareness. Recently, this led to reevaluating training tools and the 10 Standard Firefighting Orders, resulting in the 2002 National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) recommendation to abandon the acrostically arranged orders in favor of their current (and original) form.'
