The Ramsey 225 is a 225-gallon capacity water delivery slip-on unit consisting of several major components. Included are the channel steel frame, plastic polymer leg tank, pump/motor combination and plumbing manifolds together with other hydraulic components - all of which are discussed in detail. Several other unit design and operation aspects are presented including freeze protection, a valve operations diagram and parts lists. The Rasmsey 225 is a stury, reliable and affordable water delivery system designed to be light in weight, simple to build, and easy to operate. The following manual contains a visual orientation to this unit's design and construction. Through the use of diagrams and photographs, the manual guides individuals, with moderate plumbing experience, in the construction of this simple water delivery system. Also included are written step-by-step assembly instructions which offer recommended and alternative plumbing configurations and components.
