Online Workshop for Agency Staff and Informal Educators
The Fire Ecology Learning Lab (FELL) is a state standards-aligned program designed to use in kindergarten through high school classrooms in Arizona and New Mexico. These classroom activities were created to help students explore ecosystems, learn about careers in wildland fire management, investigate how wildland fire impacts the land, and consider how the region's land and fire are managed. There are activities for agency and nonprofit educators as well as classroom teachers. In this training you will explore age-appropriate activities, learn classroom management techniques, and receive easy to implement materials you can use in your region.
