Workshops, Trainings and Fieldtrips

Location: Camp Bird Youth Center and Laona/Lakewood Ranger District of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (Wisconsin)

The field tour objectives are to see and discuss fire-scar derived historical fire regime information in red pine-associated natural communities, and to identify gaps in knowledge related to applying this information to modern fire and natural community management.

Registration: Field Tour is free but there is a capacity limit, first come-first serve, so please email Jack McGowan Stinski, mcgowan-stinski.1@osu.edu (Field Tour Coordinator) to RSVP; a map with meeting location and field trip details will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
