After careful consideration amid the Coronavirus outbreak, IAWF has decided to host the 3rd International Smoke Symposium as 100% Virtual! The Virtual Conference will be held April 20-23, however, all presentations will be recorded and available for up to one year. They are cancelling the “in-person” portion in Raleigh, North Carolina and UC Davis, California. They feel this is the best decision based on the current situation.

The 3rd International Smoke Symposium will bring together researchers from the atmospheric sciences, the ecological sciences, health sciences, mathematicians, computer sciences, climatologists, social scientists, and others to discuss the complex issues of smoke and identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for innovation and development.
