Join the Association for Fire Ecology and the Southwest Fire Science Consortium for the 8th International Fire Ecology and Management Congress. The Congress will expand the ecological concept of pyrodiversity to explore interconnectedness among a variety of disciplines. The complexity of wildland fire requires that scientists, managers, and the public consider diverse perspectives and disciplines at multiple spatial and temporal scales develop strategies for living in fire-dominated landscapes.
