The Mt Hough Ranger District and the CFSC will be hosting a field tour of the Chips Fire on the Plumas National Forest on October 22nd, 2013. The tour and discussion will be led by managers and researchers from the Forest Service, and will visit sites within the fire perimeter, including long term ecological study sites and owl nesting habitats. Registration is open to all interested participants and free of charge!
