Hosted by JFSP and the Wildland Fire Management Research Development and Application Team.

IFTDSS is a web-based software and data integration framework that organizes fire and fuels software applications to make planning and analysis more efficient and effective for Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Fuels Treatment, and Prescribed Burn Planning. IFTDSS provides a single portal for access to several sources of data (including LANDFIRE Vegetation) and models for these workflows. Dr. Stacy Drury, from Sonomatech, will be the presenter. There will be demonstrations and time for students to work on hands-on exercises.

The Web-based workshop will be 8:30-3 pm on March 12th and attendees will have to submit a nomination form to reserve their space and get an IFTDSS log-in from Sonomatech's website and have a computer with browser to participate. The Society of American Foresters AND The Wildlife Society national offices approved the Interagency Fuels Treatment Decision Support System workshop for continuing education credit.
