Great Basin Climate Forum: 2012 Outlook


The California Nevada Applications Program (CNAP), Great Basin Landscape Conservation Cooperative (GBLCC), and the Western Regional Climate Center (WRCC) invite public and private resource managers to a pilot one-day forum to summarize current climate information in the Great Basin on 12 April 2012, 9:00-4:00 PDT. Topics include: An overview of current climate conditions, current snowpack and outlook for late spring/early summer, possible drought conditions, wildfire outlook, rangeland and forage conditions, and affects of current climate conditions on wildlife and fisheries management.
