Current changes in climate are likely to cause changes to the fire regime in Alaska and other boreal regions. How are projected changes in fire regime likely to affect the composition of boreal forests? This presentation summarized research in interior Alaska and adjacent Yukon Territory that examines how changes in fire severity and frequency may shape future forest dynamics. This webinar was hosted by the Alaska Fire Science Consortium (http://akfireconsortium.uaf.edu).
