ANNOTATION: Volume and characteristics of logging residues from 34 clearcut and partial cut harvest areas are presented. Residue volumes ranged from almost 3,600 cubic feet per acre down to 550 cubic feet per acre, depending on treatment. More than 60% of the residues were sound.
