The Forest Title of the 1990 Farm Bill created the Forest Stewardship Program, the Stewardship Incentives Program and related programs to seek to bring 25 million acres of unmanaged, nonindustrial private forest lands into multiple-use management. ACF saw early the importance of this program to forest farmers and consultants and decided to get involved because both groups share a very special relationship; we are both samll business owners.Published by Forest Landowners Association.
