Our fast-paced, growing, mission driven nonprofit is seeking a motivated trainer and facilitator to serve as a Training Specialist.

The Training Specialist position will require a balance of coordination, facilitation, and instruction skills and subject matter expertise in wildfire resilience. This job requires the ability to put together learning opportunities and track member engagement and action resulting from training opportunities. While wildfire resilience knowledge will be helpful, our priority is finding a person who can bring together subject matter experts and design effective learning opportunities with the potential to absorb necessary wildfire expertise on the job.
