The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) Prescribed Fire Crew Members will provide agency expertise and leadership while supporting the management of non-forest and forestlands, including restoration through prescribed (Rx) burning, and will coordinate and perform professional and skilled fire regime restoration efforts on a professional prescribed fire crew. These are opportunities to support fire dependent dry forests, rangelands, and wildlife habitats through safe fuels reduction, reconfiguration, and implementation of Rx burns on WDFW owned/managed lands.
