This position is located in Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, in the Division of Resource Management.
- Conduct scientifically credible protection, mitigation, and restoration projects to restore and/or maintain the integrity of critical habitats, native plant and animal communities, managed landscapes and physical resources.
- Coordinate the park's natural resources strategies and programs to achieve broad ecosystem protection strategies.
- Use automatic methods of data collection, analysis or illustration to provide comprehensive and scientifically sound answers to managers and others.
- Attend management and professional conferences to exchange information, present technical and policy information, and advance advocacy for park stewardship.
