The Washington RC&D, Washington Prescribed Fire Council, The Nature Conservancy, and Washington Dry Forest Fire Learning Network are working with partners to support the development a prescribed burn certification program in Washington State per House Bill 2733.

They are looking for and requesting bids to assemble a report of prescribed burn manager certification programs from across the U.S., summarize and compare programs, and develop a set of recommendations that support the development of a successful Washington State program. More information within the RFQ and Scope of Work are attached below.
